At the same time, the project management company takes care of all the coordination between the project participants (planning groups, consultants, official institutions and organizations, etc.).
These services can be carried out with a full-time consulting organization or they can be done with smaller structures depending on the size and budget of the projects and the consulting services that the employer needs in the organization set up on site are also provided under the condition.
